Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before registering for our courses.

Payment Policy

Courses must be paid in full at the time of ordering to secure your place.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be sent by email to academy@aplus-dentista.com.
  • Cooling-off period: Cancellations received 30 days or more before the course start date and within 7 days of booking will receive a full refund minus a 4% admin fee.
  • Cancellations received 30 days or more before the course start date but after 7 days of booking will receive a full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
  • Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the course date are non-refundable. If we can transfer the booking to another paying delegate, a refund will be given minus a 10% admin fee.
  • Failure to attend is treated as a late cancellation. No refund will be issued even in cases of illness, a positive COVID-19 test, or self-isolation.

Course Changes

We will make every effort to avoid changes. In the unlikely event of a cancellation or date change, participants will be offered a full refund or credit for a future course.
No liability is accepted for travel or accommodation expenses.

Fee Inclusions

Course fees include: tuition, course materials, lunch, refreshments, and certificates. Fees do not include accommodation, personal insurance, or evening meals.
